Alfalfa

A very thick, rich, dark honey with a subtle earthy flavor from San Diego County. Terrific with breakfast and baking. A must try with a cheese, fruits and nuts. Pairs especially well with sharp and aged cheeses like Gouda or Manchego or Blue and Alpine cheeses such as Gruyere and Comte... and don't forget a crisp white wine!
