From Yucca Valley in Southern California. A light to medium honey with a fruity bouquet. This one is known to have mango or peach notes slightly changing from year to year. Great for teas, oatmeal, fruit platters. Cheese pairing with mild and creamy cheeses like triple creams and brie, as well as a strong blue cheese. Terrific for making sauces, dressings, and summer cocktails.
